1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using any hosting products or services provided by Axro Technologies ("Axro", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms apply to all customers, visitors, clients, and users of Axro Technologies hosting.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services.

If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing or using any Axro Technologies services.

3. Our Hosting Services

Axro Technologies provides game server hosting, primarily for Minecraft, through our Pterodactyl-based control panel.

Our hosting plans currently include:

• Starter — 1GB RAM, for small SMPs of 2–5 friends
• Standard — 2GB RAM, for servers of 5–10 players with light plugins
• Pro — 4GB RAM, for modded servers or 10–20 players
• NVMe storage on all plans
• DDoS protection
• Daily backups

Plans, pricing, and included resources may change at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify existing customers of material changes to their plan.

4. Orders, Activation, and Access

Your server is provisioned and your control panel credentials are provided after your first payment is confirmed.

You are responsible for keeping your panel and account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Service availability may change at any time without prior notice.

5. Payments and Billing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Hosting plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

Payment is required before service is provisioned or renewed.

If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to notify you. Services may be suspended if payment remains unpaid after the applicable grace period.

Axro Technologies reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized payment activity.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds for hosting services are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In summary, a full refund may be available within the first 72 hours of your initial purchase, and no refunds are issued for renewal periods.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Launch or participate in DDoS attacks against any network, server, or individual
• Host, transmit, or distribute malware, ransomware, or malicious scripts
• Conduct phishing or fraudulent activity
• Distribute spam
• Host illegal or copyrighted content without authorization
• Mine cryptocurrency on any server, including during inactive hours
• Run public proxies, VPNs, or bots that consume disproportionate node resources without prior approval
• Interfere with our infrastructure or other customers on the same node

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

8. Fair Use and Resource Limits

Each plan includes a defined allocation of RAM, CPU, and storage. Sustained use that significantly exceeds your allocated resources may degrade service for other customers on the same node.

Axro Technologies may throttle, suspend, or require a plan upgrade for servers that repeatedly exceed their allocated resources.

You are responsible for configuring your server (including plugins, mods, and worlds) to stay within your plan’s resource limits.

9. Minecraft Server Rules

You must comply with the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA) and all applicable rules set by Mojang and Microsoft when running a Minecraft server on our services.

You are responsible for the conduct of everyone who joins your server, including players, admins, and moderators.

Hosting unauthorized, cracked, or modified distributions of Minecraft or other games is not permitted.

10. Backups

Daily backups are included with all hosting plans.

Backups are stored on our infrastructure and may be used to restore your server after data loss or corruption.

While we make every reasonable effort to keep backups intact, backups are not guaranteed and may fail.

You are strongly encouraged to keep your own copies of critical worlds, configurations, and plugin data.

We are not liable for data loss resulting from backup failure, hardware failure, accidental deletion, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures.

11. Maintenance and Downtime

We may perform scheduled maintenance that requires brief service interruptions. Where practical, we will announce maintenance in advance through our official channels.

While we aim to keep services highly available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

We are not responsible for outages caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party network failures, power outages, or DDoS attacks.

12. Service Suspension and Termination

Axro Technologies may suspend or terminate your service immediately if:

• These Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy are violated
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Payments are overdue
• Our services are used for illegal purposes
• Abuse toward staff occurs

Termination under these circumstances may occur without refund. Upon termination, your server and associated data may be permanently deleted.

13. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and control panel credentials.

Axro Technologies is not responsible for losses resulting from:

• Weak passwords
• Shared accounts
• Unauthorized access
• Compromised devices

Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

14. Third-Party Services

Some Axro Technologies services integrate with third-party platforms such as payment processors, the Pterodactyl control panel software, and game platforms.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or failures of third-party services.

Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and policies.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axro Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of business
• Loss of data, including worlds, files, or backups
• Business interruption
• Security breaches beyond our reasonable control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the relevant billing period.

16. Warranty Disclaimer

All products and services are provided "as is" and "as available."

Axro Technologies makes no guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every game version, mod, plugin, or third-party platform.

17. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, pricing, or plan at any time.

Where practical, significant changes will be communicated in advance.

18. Changes to These Terms

Axro Technologies may update these Terms of Service periodically.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The latest version will always be considered the governing version.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.

Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Sri Lanka.
